I believe in creating comfort first and foremost. Coming to counselling means you’re not here to make sense of things alone, and healing happens best when you are supported and seen. As we work through the perfectionism, anxiety, and trauma, comfort is necessary for creating change, making sense of your emotional experiences, and cultivating a deeper sense of embodiment and the “being with” of who you really are.

Trauma Counselling
